Return policy

We're committed to your satisfaction! If there's an issue with your order, contact us via Etsy messaging. We will send you the return label within 24-48 hours. Once we received the item back, refund will be initiate and your bank should be credited within 3-5 business days. Items must be in original condition.

I have problem with my order and already sent a message, but I haven't heard back from you. When should I expect a response?

Both of us work night shifts outside of our small business, therefore please understand we will not be able to answer your question immediately during DAYTIME. However, you should be able to expect a response from us within 24 hours.

I have the file but I don't have a 3D printer. Can you print for me ?
